Replace your default inventory's list view with a more compact grid view! The default list view shows 11-12 items at a time (in my case), so it can become a pain to navigate your inventory.

Grid view sacrifices detailed information for more pictures. Sometimes you want the detailed information, so I've included a keybind that will toggle the grid on and off.

Features:
  • Grid view for your main inventory, your bank, your guild bank, your craft bag, NPC's stores, AND the buyback screen!
  • Toggle grid view on and off! Useful for when you need to scan with more information.
  • Customizable grid size.
  • Four default skins to choose from, with more available for download.
  • Authors can submit their own skins for download. (See Inventory Grid View Skin Template for details.)
  • Offsets item tooltips so they do not cover up the grid (can be turned off).
  • Set scale of item icon animation.
  • Works with Advanced Filters and other inventory addons such as Item Saver and AlphaGear!

More details please? No scroll in grid view? Or no scroll in grid view? Or does it only happen when you switch views?

Hi, i have some problems when i try to mouseover and click the last two icons of each line (right)

The imput is not immediately like the others icons, but need to aim more and more over the single icon for get interaction.

i don't know if the resize of the UI can generate problems of this type, but i have resize my UI, little more small.

Great add-on Thanks.

I'll make a suggestion like everybody else, even if I guess it should be annoying at some point
What about a little indicator (or background color) to easily see the armor-type (light/medium/heavy)?

Sorry if this has been suggested or said before, but would it be possible to, while in grid view, make the tooltip display in a static location? Currently it overlaps the other items and it makes it difficult to see the other items. If possible, at least allow the option to enable or disable it.

Suggestion: categories

Maybe add a feature that sorts the items by category?
E.g.
For all alchemy materials, they are sorted under Alchemy or Herbs.
For all blacksmithing materials, they are sorted under Blacksmitthing.
etc.

That is outside the scope of what this add-on does. This is a good idea, however, so I suggest you put in a request for it on the forums.

Hi,
maybe a possibility to put all item in the bank if they are presents.

When open the bank check all inventory items and if they just in the bank put them inside.

Everytime i need to check if an item just exist in the bank for aggregate it.

tip
maybe if the item in the bank is minor then 100 for collect

If you're at all considering the reddit screenshot suggestion, maybe consider just letting the user define their own groups? It'd potentially save you a lot of work from having to go through every item and classifying it and just let the end user customize groups as they see fit.

I mention this because the screenshot shows materials all classified together, whereas I'd much prefer materials to be divided by profession. You'd appease everyone if you just created some way to define custom groupings.

Obviously each catagoy would be able to be sorted by each of its sub categories..

I spent a number of hours trying to debug that could have been fixed in a few seconds with a client reset. Trust me I know that feeling :P
was thinking about somthing last night while playing, I have a few weapons I use, depending on the situation, weapons I can use next lvl etc, plus all the weapons you get from loot, in the end, loads of weapons at the vendor/crafting station, trying to find the correct weapon etc, is it possible to do something like in the insJunkYard addon, when you right click an item, get a menu, and mark it in some weay, to give it a different color outline, ie red, so it stands out, so you can find it easily, dont sell, or deconstruct it by misstake? might just be me, but would be a nice feature oh btw, the inventory is much better with your addon, keep up the great work
