For those having issues with MM history for a certain guild, especially a newly joined guild, go to your guild window, history tab, sales sub tab, and manually load a full 10 days of history. To do this you press E for show more until the E no longer shows. You can press E every 1-2 seconds, do not go faster or the server will boot you. Expect it to take about 5 minutes for a high volume guild, allot better than 4-8 hours.
Once done I recommend a quick reloadui, though not always needed, after which give MM a few minutes and it will scan in all the data. Do not log out as this will clear your loaded history, but reloadui does not clear it. I cannot verify for certain this will work for the people who have new guild issues, but it works for me every single day for existing guilds that have issues similar to what Ego_666 showed. Note: After the initial scan you don't need to do 10 days every day, just back as far as you last logged in. I log in daily so I usually just load 1 days worth of data, and then at the end of the week load 10 days and run a missing just to make sure i got everything. |

how do I set the limit on the number days of sales?
How do I set the items to only show sales for a specific number of days.
I see some items show x amount of sales in 3 days and others show x amount of sales in 48 days, I would like to show only 30 days maximum the if the item has not been sold with in the past 30 days show it as blank. I had believe I had this seup in a older version of this add-on and now cannot get it to do this. |

I initially posted below about the issue of not getting a newly joined guild to show up in MM. I have read the responses and followed the instructions, but MM is still not picking up newly joined guilds for me without a complete data reset.
With verbose mode set to 4, I can see that is is scanning the new guild. It will say "x hours back" and sometimes even "x days back," but it never gets above 3 days back. And it keeps reverting, eg, it will say "3 days back" and then suddenly be at "10 hours back." This has gone on for days now. There is something that needs to be looked at more closely. Also, I don't think the feedback here is meant to criticize or insult. We all love MM and are very grateful for it and that work has continued on it despite ZOS crippling the API. I would start from the assumption that user feedback may be accurate, or at least have some truth to it. It is not just a few users right now having issues with MM, and the perception of ATT being faster is widespread. That is worth looking into more closely. I think it has to do with two things: (1) Some sort of issue with scanning new guilds (maybe restarts when changing zones? no idea, but something wacky is going on) and (2) ATT is "faster" picking up new guilds because it seems to more reliably use cached history instead of having to scan. And saying that ATT is just giving false positives is not the whole story either. People can easily compare the list of sales to their emails, etc. New traders are now typically being instructed to install ATT rather than MM because of not wanting to handle the follow-up questions of "it doesn't work" or "I installed it but it does nothing" because MM does not display a guild at all until the scan is fully complete, takes so long for the initial scan to complete, and (perhaps?) does not utilize cached guild history data in place of requesting data through the API when it is available for a new guild.

Re: READ THIS BEFORE POSTING MM ISSUES:
Yes, I understand that's an issue from the changes ZOS made to the plaftform. But I'm asking me. Is it possible to visualize the progress?
There is a percent value shown in the chat window but this value is flipping back and forth. So it's may be not the scanning progress, is'nt it? You are talking about a last record scanned timestamp. Is it shown somewhere? The thing is to give the player the opportunity to estimate how long he/she have to wait for the scan results. Sincerely, Ego_666

My problem is that mm is showing sales data for only one of my two auction house guilds. I've been selling items with my other guild, but the data is not available on mm. I've tried uninstalling it, deleting data files, and reinstalling the program to no avail.
This week it went from simply showing "0" sales for that guild each week to not even listing or scanning it. It's like one of my two guilds is invisible to the program. |

Also, your savedvars is where your MM data is stored, so if you delete those, you'll have no data. Did you follow the troubleshooting steps stickied here? Make sure your verbose is up to 4 and give MM the time it needs to scan (or manually load the history). If you still have issues, come repost so we can help. |

Re: Losing history
I'm curious what your MM data settings are. Though data can occasionally get corrupted, it isn't typical for MM to just drop lots of history. It will purge old records based on what you've asked it to hold on to, though. Make sure your verbose message setting is at 4, so you can see that MM is actually doing its job. It will only write out sales once it has fully scanned as much history as it needs to, so this could be your issue. |

Losing history
Hello,
MM works pretty well for me. It's much slower (even with refresh time set to 30s) than ATT, but I have loaded it on an alt and just let it download data during lunch. However I have a problem. It randomly loses history, so it has to rescan the whole 10 days even if I have used it 1-2 days ago. Is there any way to force it save the history or some workaround to avoid this? |
