This is a filter plugin for the dynamic filters dropdown of the "Advanced Filters - Updated" addon.
It will allow you to
-only show items that belong to a monster set
-only show items that don't belong to a monster set

As there are too many sets to list in one dropdown menu the sets are sorted by their 1st character and grouped into submenus (each contains 5 characters), and shows the starting character of the sets in the submenu as headline (non-clickable).

This plugin needs "AdvancedFilters UPDATED" + the library "LibSets" to work!
-> Please update to at least version 1.6.1.3 of AF, and 0.3.1 of LibSets!

Please do the reloadui, because without the setsdata will NOT be saved properly to the SavedVariables and this plugin won't work!

There is already an entry "-All monster sets-" in each of the submenus. Any of these "-All monster sets-" entries will show you all monster sets.
And below there are the monster sets sorted into groups starting with their first letter (So the lists of the dropdown menu wouldn't be too long).

As there are too many sets to list in one dropdown menu the sets are sorted by their 1st character and put into submenus.
How would I change the add-on so that it's all in one dropdown menu? I'd much rather have a single dedicated "Monster sets" menu that's full than to have a bunch of Monster sets menus that takes over the rest of the menu, especially since many of the letters only have one entry.

I'm not planning to build such another plugin to maintain, sorry.
It would need us to update each time a new dungeon is added to the undaunted stuff and there is no API function which says "this is an undaunted dungeon set!" so it needs to be hardcoded and maintained a lot

Not sure if this is a "bug" with pChat or you ave not setup the addon pChat properly then. Check the settings of pCaht please if there are ways to achieve your desired goal. Or maybe I do not understand what the problem for you was now Cuz for me it is all working as expected and I got no bugs or problems with pChat at all.

That procedure evidently worked. Instead of the UI Error dialog, the Monster Sets Filter displays a dialog after it has finished whatever it does after it is loaded and runs. Currently, none of my characters are equipped with a Monster Set, although some have a Monster Shoulder piece (no Monster Headpieces). There may be one or two other Monster Shoulder pieces in the Bank and/or in their Bags.

With regard to the output to pChat, perhaps it is best to continue our converstation on the Comments tab for that add-on.

My pChat addon is working fine. It ois showing addon text which will NOT be shown if pChat is deactivated (this addon text will be output to the chat before the chat is loaded. So normally you cannot see it but you will if pChat is enabled).
If the addons are using the d() command the text will be always written to the SYSTEM channel. Some addons just put the text into the current chat (regardless what chat channel is active) though.

If you have updated to version 0.0.4 it makes no sense to go back to 0.0.3! Just use 0.0.4.
It should show you the chat output and even after login it will show you the output in the system channel of the chat for about 1 to 2 minutes.
It will look like this "[LibSets] --- Scanning set items: xxx, found/updated: xxx/xxx"

After some time this wil lfinish and show you about 350 found sets.
This will show only once until a reloadui or logout, AFTER the scan has finished properly, has saved the data to your SavedVariables file. If you want to see this again logout and delete the file SavedVariables\LibSets.lua.

Each time you login with another client language you'll see this scan again but this time it will be "updating" the existing entries with the new set language data.

For your information: I never see any messages that are output to the Chat Window when I log-in to a character. Maybe I should not use the pChat add-on. I never know what channel (Zone, Group, or a Guild) or function (Say, Whisper, etc.) that it will show the first time that I press the <Enter> key after logging-in to a character. Sometimes I find the initial output messages from Master Merchant and other add-ons after I change to another channel or function. But they are seldom to be found in the current /zone channel regardless.

It should scan the sets upon login and show you a popup after that so you do reloadui. After that all sets data should be in the Saved Variables and depending addons are working (like this plugin for AdvancedFilters here, or another one called "AF - Crafted Sets plugin".
Both plugins won't work and shouldn't show any error messages if LibSets was not loaded and if LibSets data was not build and saved to the SavedVariables already.

If you already did this and saw the chat messages about LibSets scanning + got the popup saying you need to reloadui now:
Logout, delete the file c:/users/your windows username/documents/elder scrolls online/live/SavedVariables/LibSets.lua

Update the addons and library again and login then. Watch the chat and wait for the reloadui popup.
