This TESO addon does the following:
Allows your character to auto eat your preferred meals provided by your inventory after food or drink buff expiration.
Food search criteria is: quality. Will be improved in future versions

REQUIRED LIBRARIES:

LibAddonMenu-2.0

INSTALLATION:

Unzip the archive into the following directory:

$(drive):\users\$(username)\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns

where
$(username): the name of your Windows user
$(drive): the drive letter of your "Program Files" directory location

That library provides a match between buff ID and its type, for ex. magicka recovery, health recovery, magicka and stamina increase, etc...
But is there any match between inventory item ID and buff ID that this item gives? API functions allow determine if a particular item has a buff and this buff's description but not its ID

A very good idea to realize. The main difficulty was that buff attributes for example stamina or magicka are not encoded by any variable or table field, as done in ordinary DBCS, and are only mentioned in the description text. That requires language-dependable text analisys
