Multi-Quest Tracker  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 1.3
by: Zerorez [More]
This addon hides the default focused quest tracker and enables the multiple quest tracker. Tracker automatically hides itself when you open menus (inventory, world map, etc.).

Note - If you are getting errors, try deleting the saved variables file at:
...My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\pts\SavedVariables\MultiQuestTracker.lua
Please post error logs if you still have problems (can't fix it if I don't know what is wrong lol).
v1.3
- fix for tracked quests not saving between logins
- fixed (hopefully) another error when logging in (error at line 397)

v1.2
- fixed the bad argument #3 to 'string.format' error
- changed font options
- removed font color options (quests now color by difficulty by default again.)
- added checkboxes to track/untrack whole groups of quests in the quest journal

v1.1
- fixed all quests showing as tracked after zoning (sorry this took so long)

v1.0
- fixed error when opening quest journal when player had no quests
- fixed error with abandoning quests

v0.11
- updated to new api version
- added font, color, and size options

v0.10
- MQT now saves its position

v0.08:
- updated to work with client update

v0.07:
- attempt at fixing error with changing zones

v0.06:
- abandoning quests should now function correctly

v0.05:
- changed how saved variables are loaded

v0.04:
- Quests can now be tracked/untracked in MQT via check boxes in the quest journal
- Quest tracking should save...i hope

v0.03:
- MQT is now movable :D
- Added a small gradient background to the tracker (needed something to click on in order to move it)

v0.02:
- Updated to new API Version
- Fixed MQT showing in crafting menus

v0.01:
- Fixed quest tracker showing while the interact and store windows were shown.

Thank you!

I was missing the ability to see more than one quest at a time on my screen! Can't wait to try this out.

Feedback:
-Unticked quests in the log show up upon relogging my character it seems, so that the list of tracked quests is huge again each time

-Also seems to be losing the screen position I moved it to

-Wish there was a box to tick besides each zone in the log if that's possible, to tick/untick all quests of a specific zone at once

-Moving the frame is a bit fickle, also a lock/unlock option would be nice

Yeah an lock feature would be nice. At least to get rid of the transparent background.

I wouldn't mind an indicator beside the quest to show what kind of quest it is. Local area quests vs the main storyline.

tested all weekend beta - favorited

this does exactly as advertised. pretty smooth addon, no problems.

for those who were using weekend beta and not pst, file path is :
C:\Users\(your computers name)\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\addons

if addons folder is missing it is necessary to create one.

Problem with ftc and reloadui

I was using FTC first then I found this addon. I installed and started using this addon. Everytime I would change zones or reload my ui, every quest I had was selected and tracked again. That was really the only error I encountered.

First off, Thanks Zerorez for the mod! I really wasn't satisfied with only seeing one quest at a time.

One request, if it's alright; Would it be possible to add the ability to change the font size? Everything is great as is but it would be nice to be able to shrink it down some.

Yeah, unfortunately this still happens to me too - wall of text from the whole quest list shown after every loading screen .

Without FTC (not using it for now) this addon works fine, no wall of text for me at least (i am using 6 others addons)

I have no clue what could be causing this. MQT's saved variables should not be affected by FTC at all. I have no problems with the latest versions of both running together.

Black box

Could we get a way to disable that? I feel that it ruins the aesthetics of it, since I can't slap the tracker on the top of my screen because text usually goes there and there's no way of moving that.
