What does it do?
  • tracks everything in your characters' Bags, Bank, Guild Banks, CraftBag and Storage Chests
  • tracks items in House(s) (configurable)
  • keeps track of the Gold / AP / Telvar Stones / Writ Vouchers for each character
  • keeps track of the space used/available for each character
  • allows filtering your inventory by item type
  • lets you search the items by name, or by set name
  • adds data to item tooltip showing you where that item is located (all popups/tooltips, or only when over the Inventory Insight window)

Recently added features:
  • FCO Item Saver integration
  • Guild banks tracking is now separate between world servers
  • Jewelry filter is now on main bar (to match rest of base UI)

There is a keybinding to show/hide Inventory Insight. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

Wherever the InvInsight window is when you close it, will be where it's at when you show it again (or, if you leave a place like the bank, and it was showing, it will be restored when you go back to the bank again).

I wondered if there was a way to add an anchor and a button to toggle the inventory window. I can close it but then I have to go to settings and enable it again. Am I missing a setting somewhere and this feature already exists?

and to not be just a useless comment, and would like to report some bugs/things i noticed. you can live with it, so it's not a big problem.

1) When you are at some trader/vendor and you rightclick on one of his offers and "search inv" it always looks for the same wrong item (could be the first armour piece you wear?). So in doesnt matter which item i chose to search for, it always looks for the same monsterset helmet.



2) Another thing i noticed with the same context menu-entry, if you do it in your inventory list, it looks for the correct item, but doesnt find any, even if there should be some.

However, if you remove a letter in the search box afterwards (like in the screenshot the last "a"), then it finds all the staff. You can also re-place that "a" then, and it still looks fine.
So its still a great feature, once you know removing a letter will do the trick as you dont have to retype the item-name, just remove one sign.





And the last thing, which i came here for in the first place, is about the tooltips. I think it was working some time ago, not even sure if i just miss some settings, as i renamed my account name recently, and had so much selfmade problem with the addons that i ended up with reinstalling all 150 of them.

When you hover over an item at vendor, the tooltip is not extended. At the most i miss this feature at the weekly luxury vendor, to check if i already bought the item last year.

And it seems this forum is adding an empty line to each already existing empty line, everytime when you hit "preview"-button. lol wtf

help pls

I've had this issue for a while with this add on. It's really cancer to play this game without an account wide inventory window so I'd really like to fix this. I've deleted saved variables and redownloaded the addon countless times.

IIfA is an inventory TRACKING system, not a bank helper.

Addons like DoItAll can help you move large qtys of items into/out of banks. And if the chest is full, DoItAll will move all the items in that already exist and it'll auto merge them.

Can't stop using it yet, it's still required to load some of the libraries that are used. Once those requirements are gone, I'll remove the dependency on libstub.

LibStub is deprecated now and won't be updated anymore. Any chance of removing it from the addon now?

Hello! Thanx for your addon! May i suggest a feature for ppl who have no ESO+ and use storage chests for keeping materials, instead of bank? As your addon already can track items in storage chests, can you add a key, to place all items which are already presented in the chest??

Try hitting your bound Inv Insight key while the map is up. Once it's hidden, it'll stay hidden.

Inventory Insight loading with map display

First, thanks for your work on this. I use frequently and really appreciate that it's available.

Don't know if this is a bug or not, but I have things set up so all Major Scene Toggles are set to off. Display is bound to a key binding. The issue I'm having is that Inventory Insight always gets loaded and displayed whenever the map is displayed. Now it's not a huge deal because it loads behind the map, but nonetheless, it does load when it shouldn't and it's the last thing to unload on my screen when I use the map to travel to a new location.

request feature

hey and thanks for wonderfull addon!

i want this feature
for example i have 100 Sealed provisioning writs of 2 types - one for craft Orzorga's Red Frothgar, another for craft Capon Tomato-Beet Casserole

i want IIFA text field to search them separately, and show only one type if i wrote Orzorga or Tomato
so it will be search not my item name, but by tooltip also

(example - this feature realised in votan's Search field)

Not sure what you mean about "see Inv Insight". If you bind it to a key, you can turn it on/off whenever you like, and it will remember it's state whenever you open up that scene again.
What I meant is, when your press escape, you see your normal ingame options and the character is watching you - and in this "scene" Inventory Insight was always opened for me (because I do not want to see it in other scenes, like when I open Inventory, or the Bank, or Vendor, etc.

I cannot remember I had bind to a key, but it did the trick - I pressed ESC and then the key, and now I only have to press ESC to see my options and Inventory Insight again Thank you

Yes, there is FCOIS integration with IIFA. I've never heard of there being mixed text showing up though. Can you show a screenshot so I can see it?
