    Gets attached items value in mail inbox

    Requires ATT or MM to fetch avg prices

    removed tooltip when there are no attachments in current mail, but there were some in previously viewed mail
    added tooltip for label with each item link, amount and value
    adds a label inside of incoming mail window

    I love this addon! It is super simple and clean and really handy for logging guild donations. Is there any chance a post to chat option could happen? Thanks!
