Advanced Filters - Trial sets filter
Version: 1.1.1
by: notnear [More]
This is a plugin for the "Advanced Filters - Updated" addon.

Dependencies:
Advanced Filters - Updated and LibSets

Features:
  • Show only items that belong to a particular trial set
  • Show only items that belong to any trial set

Use command '/af_trialset' to toggle between showing only "All trial sets" entry or one for each set NEW! (1.1.0)

Code was taken 100% from Baertram's Monster sets filter plugin and I only changed the names to "Trial" + made it read the trial sets instead!
Thanks to Baertram for the work toubleshooting some problems on the way, learned some things with this experience
  • Version 1.1.1
    • Added support for Universal Deconstruction
    • Fixed filters not showing up on some deconstruction menus
    • API bump U38
  • Version 1.1.0
    • Added slash command /af_trialset
    • API bump U37
  • Version 1.0.0
    • Initial release

I was thinking about that too, only idea that I had was checking if they had any variation of "Perfected", cropping that out and move to the end so it would instead be "Set Name Perfected", but I'm not sure how much of it could be automated like that
As the addon set Nantes are client dependent multi lingual you'd have to find out first, for all languages, if there always is that prefix like "perfected". As I wrote already German e.g. got 3 different variants, gender specific. Not sure how many, and which, Spanish and French got. I guess 2, el/la and le/la. Chinese/Russian: sorry dunno.
Is sad this is too much work to make a client language specific prefix (maybe suffix in other lang) check.

But technically this is be doable via lua pattern find

You are welcome

So sorry guys if this does not look sorted, it actually is. But I cannot make them sort better/by other critera as else they would need an extra entry in the total dropdown submenus.
I cannnot make them appear next to their "non perfected" true name as there is no connection between the sets of non perfected and perfected. One would need to build "lookup tables" which is again a manual work that needs to be updated with eac patch -> My current LibSets PTS update today took me already 3 hours again, and it's still not done...
