Displays a cooldown timer for "Dodge Fatigue".
Dodge Fatigue increases the cost of your next dodge roll for 4 seconds after you dodge roll.

The timer bar is green when you are able to dodge roll at the lowest cost.
The timer bar animates as red/black while your dodge roll cost is increased.
The timer bar displays the number of stacks of dodge fatigue that you currently have on you.

To move the timer bar, go to Settings > Addons > DodgeTimer.
Set the Lock option to Off to move the bar.
Set the Lock option back to On to save the new position of the bar.
