HowToBeam - When to start Radiant Oppression

New Version :

This is still in test so off by default and in the debug part in the settings.

What it does :
It will show you an alert when you need to use Radiant Oppression as spammable or by droping your weakest DoT but need to keep all other DoTs up, then when you only need to refresh Blockade and Blazing Spear, and when you can just spam Radiant Oppression like a good tard templar.

How it work :
It will first look at the skills you are using, and type of weapon you are using to know what to calculate.

Then it will look at your stats, buffs, target debuffs, magicka percentage, and target health percentage. Then it will calculate if a skill will do more or less damage than a Radiant Oppression (considering weaving and every damage proc from passives).

Settings :
Just set :
-if you are using maelstrom staff
-which glyph you are using on main bar and if it is infused
-maximum health threshold to enable the alert
Then you can customize the position, color, and text of the alerts.

Special thanks to Solinur/decay who helped me a lot with the calculations and with the code.

The threshold value is only to show or not the announcment, the % will always be calculated depending on your stats, buff, and hp% of the target.

Hi Floliroy

Can you please make the boss health threashold in % rather than the health value. This should help a lot vs hm bosses as their health changes a lot.

Will check this asap to fix it

EDIT : I just tried without BugEater enable, and i didn't get any Error UI from HowToBeam, i tried all the different annoucment, differents color, so i don't really know where is the issue ...
