Hmm yeah not sure what I can possibly do with the Attribute Bars to stop that. They anchor off of the action bar to be centered. Maybe I can just anchor them to center bottom of the screen instead.
As far as adding extra quickslots I've thought of it before. Last I checked Greymind's doesn't match the default action bars in style...

Could you add an option to go back to the old skill icons for the buffs (like major speed is shown as rapid movement for example). Call me dumb but I'm finding it really difficult to pin down which buff I need to re-apply with these new icons...lol

Would it be possible to add a checkbox to make the pvp target frame simpler? It would be nice to have a standard health bar without all the additional info surrounding it. The targets name, rank/level, class, and other information is all available on the regular target frame so it doesn't need to be repeated on the pvp frame.

Yeah Center Screen Announcements were changed in Morrowind update, just disable them for now to stop UI errors - I still need to look into how they were modified.
There's two CSA options in LUI - Quest Failure messages, and Disguise Alerts. Disabling both of those temporarily will fix the issue.
