I tried that option out of curiosity. I clicked your 'Browse" button under your heading "Launch ESO (or shortcut) path", then, in the "Open" dialog, selected the ESO shortcut on my desktop, clicked "open", and got an error message "File not found".
My launch shortcut is a .url file pointing to: "steam://rungameid/306130"

I would like to suggest that you add an auto start feature to the client. I always forget to start it and I think I'm not the only one. To have it start minimized to tray would be perfect! Data gets updated in my game and I can contribute with my findings.
