You can't disable it, but you can check its state with the following command:
/script df("queue size: %d, lookup size: %d", #AGSQ, #AGSL)
I also just noticed that I missed to remove two debug globals here, which allows you to run this command. :D

i dont remember the name... there was one addon on the release of TESO, you need to upload a SV file of it to the database manually
it was some kind of official addon from one of the creators of this site or smthing like that
and there was an upload page somewhere
or i am mistaken... and it was addon for Skyrim? dunno:o
