The red skull and crossbones is hard mode, the yellow stopwatch is timed, and the pink angel wings are for no death. :)

It can. Click the shield icon on the level range slider on the left side filter list to change to CP mode. Now you can select a range of CP levels.

Merciless Resolve shows (0) beside it no matter how many light attacks I fire off.
EDIT: The stacks weren't working with the ID (62117) put into the whitelist, but typing in 'merciless resolve' made it work.
This is probably a good idea to do after any major patch to the game anyway, and I should probably put that on the labe...
