It's impossible with the current API.
You can't find out how many players are in a campaign, so you can't calculate if you are in the top 2% or 10%. Maybe some day a nice developer at ZOS will add a GetAllianceWarRewardState() function which returns which reward...

I meant the 24th parameter. :)

The 17th parameter in an item link is the crafted state, but that is the same place that: IsItemLinkCrafted(..) crafted gets its information from and it is 0 for crafted...

there is master weapons ingame and they dont need to be charged because they working if they empty
and they become empty too fast
you can look at this addon for solution how to exclude master weapons
