After a two year long break from ESO, I finally managed to complete the major refactoring that started back in 2017. Also, there seems to be a bug where it will loop and deposit/remove the repair kits/lockpicks twice, so if I have say 2 more than required, it'll deposit 2 twice, leaving me with 2 less, and vice versa.
For me this is working fine; does this happen after your manual changes for the Grand Repair Kits? If so, please revert your change...

From what I could see in my limited tests, everything should still be working fine as there were no breaking API changes.

Sure thing. It will be added with the next AddOn update (along other improvements), but in the meanwhile you can also "enable" this quite easily by yourself; you just need to add one line of code to the Globals.lua file in the addon.
You should be able to find it under this (or a very similar) path:

Yes, "/pa" has never fully been implemented; I will remove it with the next release.
You can find the settings by pressing Escape: then "SETTINGS" --> "Addon Settings" and there you can find "PersonalAssistant.
