I travel so much, always have to scroll down forever, any chance you add an option to either make favorites the top tab or at least limit the amount of "Recent" the addons remember?

If by "wayshrine numbers" you mean their POI indices within a zone, then no, but you can look them up in addon code, namely in WayshrineData.lua. Anyway, what do you need them for?

I believe the current version is not 100% Markarth-compatible - it won't let you spend more than 429 skill points, due to this line:
local SP_MAX_SPENDABLE_POINTS = 429 -- updated for elsweyr (429 sp, 810 cl)
As of Markarth, this constant should be 457.
I made the change in this push.

2.4.3 has been uploaded. The bug reported by @Teva is fixed, and the functionality @zombiextreme420 asked for (the count of guild traders close to each wayshrine) has been added. I have also partly addressed the request of @AndreNoir (shortening of Russian/French/German wayshrine names).

Is there any more data available for each set piece, such as a bunch of numbers:
set - 1 for julianos, 2 for hundings
type - 1 for head, 2 for shoulder
trait - 1 for divine, 2 for infused
glyph applied - 1 for mag, 2 for stam
glyph level - 1 for grey, 2 for green...

I almost feared it: the german umlaut "ü" in "Recent" is not displayed correctly because the translation file \Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\FasterTravel\lang\de.lua is encoded in "ANSI" and not in "UTF-8".

1) from the UI - just remove them and re-add in alphabetical order;
2) using editor - find in your ESO directory live/SavedVariables/FasterTravel.lua and change order of entries in a section that look like this:
