You may be aware of this already, but wayshrines sometimes don't show up on the mini map. It happens in random zones and at random times, not associated with anything in particular. I have been using this outstanding add on since shortly after I started playing ESO about five months ago. It works flawlessly well for me and is so easily customizable. Having to constantly open the main map was hampering my enjoyment of the game, and I don't know why the devs didn't think to include a mini map in the game themsel...

The message is accurate. While you may have the latest version of the addon somewhere on your PC, the game itself is loading an old version of the addon, which is why the message shows up.
