Action bar suggestion

If there is a toggle or if this has been addressed already I apologize, however I could not find anything... It would be nice to be able to toggle the actionbar to show at all times, preview kind of does this but you have to retoggle it randomly and after any load screen... I like being able to see which bar I am on prior to going...
