 Not all skills can be blocked, why ?

All, How come I am only able to block the recast of some skills and not others?
For example, Bladecloak can be blocked from recast but mystic orb will not be
does they type of skill matter ?

Not All Skills get are affected

Hi,
Is anyone else experiencing no effect on some skills that I try to apply the add-on to?
For Example, Venomous Claw (DK), one-time action is selected yet I can activate it over and over in combat. If so is there a way we can fix this?
Other skills are working fine but with some, it seems to be hit or miss to me.
