Account Wide Settings Bugged?

When I downloaded this addon I immediately enabled account wide settings and set up everything how I wanted it. However on a couple characters the frames are not where they should be. Easy fix, I figured id just put them where they needed to be on those characters. But once I log out and log back in they go back to the undesired posi...
