Setups randomly wiped clean

HI, recently I noticed that on my 19th toon, my setups would disappear constantly. I'd resave, but they'd be gone next time I logged in. Well, now all of my setups across all 40 of my setups are all gone. I thought maybe they were gone since I changed my user id, but I fixed my @ in the files, and it didn't help.
