This is not a feature, it's a bug. I've made a change that has a pretty good chance of fixing it. It's difficult to test this unfortunately, so let me know if it does end up fixing it. Had this bug a few minutes ago, addon was updated. One survey opened and one recipe learned untill i turned auto-loot off.

I have problems with the german client, too. It affects all recipes for provisioning and furnishing, as far as i can see. No prices are shown ingame and the client wont upload new items. I found out, that recipes ingame are using another syntax then those in your database. For example, a recipe ingame is called "Skizze: rothwardoni...
