This addon (PerfectPixel) dont change my UI. Ive deleted redownload addon from ESOUI webpage and I put it to the Addons folder
deleted every addon and library, and downloaded only PerfectPixel and LibAddonMenu-2.0. ive deleted ShaderCache.cooked file.
Turned off Microsoft antivirus added file to antivirus
