 Depth Buffer Issues

Not sure if this is a common issue as i havent seen much discussion on the subject,
the 3d pins are showing through walls.
ive tried fiddling with both the addon and video settings. ive tried reinstalling all addons to check for conflicts.
running out of ideas for things to try.
