 QUEST MAP ISNT WORKING FOR ME IN SUMMERSET-and many areas

hello I have the current version of quest map 1.9.7 and I just entered summerset but quest map isn't working her for me for some reason I do not see the black exclamation points or the black triangle markers im used to seeing im my maps and mini maps ..
I've reloaded the ui and logged out and re installed the add on but its not...
