The way Avg was at the middle of suggested price was a bug. Suggested price is calculated using this formula :AVG(cheapest 35% items) * 0.8 Suggested high is the above number * 1.2 Avg is just the math avg which is about the 50% tile while the suggested price is about 30% tile If you want item to sell in reasonable amount...

This problem also happens to me. I think it started after Feb 15th update. Exactly! I also started having this issue after maintenance on Feb 15th. But the patch notes of v6.2.10 do not mention anything remotely related to this problem...

It used to be that the "Avg" price was somewhere in the middle of the "Suggested Price" range. And that's where you'd expect it to be, right?
