 harvestdata not downloading/updating

tried to run the script, it ran and cleared all my data. noticed it had failed to create the backup. So I now don't have any data.
tried to run the download again and got the same error I received the first time when it wiped everything.
as I am not getting any data downloaded guess the server is still not up. that's what I get...
