A previous poster recommended installing LibMainMenu to fix the LUA errors and this fixed it for me. Hope this helps. Well it didnt fix it for me. Have all the libs latest versions installed separately and still get the errors.

I have installed the latest version of Libaddonmenu (nov 2nd) also use Harvestmap together with Destinatios, which has never been a problem untill after the patch.
