 Buff/Debuff presense tracker

Hello, I'm trying to check buff presence but can't find it at conditions.
I would like to track Minor Force in case when buff is permanent (ex. medusa and tzogvin sets).
My idea is show icon with timer to track force duration and in case of duration is infinite place «Show Proc»
Any solution for this problem?
