I managed to get the settings back by modifying the files. Can follow the steps to fix yours or if an author comes they can use to help fix the addon.
In the SmarterAutoLoot text file I removed the OptionalDeponds On line and replaced with ## DependsOn: LibAddonMenu-2.0>=23

Not sure what it is but for some reason the writ tab doesn't show master writs, but it does work for the daily quest writ.
Edit: Realized I forgot to mentioned which type, for Enchanting.
