upper middle information panel is missing

First I have to say your addon is great but I have had problem with upper middle information panel (time,location,bag etc.). This panel is missing on my screen. I tried delete/copy again all AddOns and SavedVariables. I typed /pui of course and problem continues :confused: Could you help me? Thanks http://imgur.com/NRD5k6L
