 Having some problems with the FCOIS commands

Heya, I am trying to set up my bags based on FCOIS tags but I keep getting given errors? including with the base ones that are included with the mod (https://gyazo.com/e19705efc895204e4c3c7d9c27a78020) all things like "sell" "deconstruction" etc are invalid, am I missing something.
