TEB UI Error in PVP

Hello! Every time I enter PVP (either via battleground or via Imperial City) I get a UI error popup that can't be dismissed. Only way I'm able to resolve it is to ALT+F4 the game (I can't open the game settings or anything) and disable the addon from the login screen. The error message says "Avoiding anchor cycle from to "
