here my addon list http://imgur.com/a/3gSCs I notice you have both Destinations and Minimap by Fyrakin listed there - it's Destinations causing the worst of the performance issues, and that Fyrakin minimap that causes fps drops and skippiness. Disable and remove both of those (especially Destinations) and just use the minimap...

enabled : 5 10 fps disabled : 60 70 fps the fps is worse in the open world seems like when compared in city http://imgur.com/a/NFPUp
