Whenever you hit apply all, it gives you an error message.
And when you check, it applies they skills, attributes, and bars but did not apply the Champion Points.
So guessing the error at that point in the process.
Can't test it right now, but should work with v 5.0.1, thanks to Bwadrochit.

It show two group frames.
