Thanks @miau24 and @Soulshine for reporting the issues. I pushed a patch yesterday to address this, let me know if you're still seeing an issue. still have the same issue :(

for me it's counting the trifecta achieves on my main twice... for dungeons and trials, only my main char. even after reinstalling. it's also twice in the char list in the addon (upper and lower case, never name changed)
