 Quests showing up twice in Chat Announce??

Anyone know why when I accept a quest that it shows up twice in the Chat Announce?
I like that i shows up there and I know how to disable it, which works fine. However I would like to keep it on but only have it show the Quest accepted once in Chat.
Any help is appreciated!
