It appears that Guild History is stable irrespective of current outstanding issues. Players should be able to request data without guild categories breaking and requiring you to clear the cache.
For anyone that has been waiting, now is the time to request all 30 to 180 days of data. (depending on category and LibHistoire settings)...

I'll have to look at that later. For now, I can't reproduce the issue so i probably cannot resolve this even with what you provided.
About the only other suggestion is to rename your addons folder and install only Inventory Insight, it's dependencies, and LibDebugLogger.

Enable all your addons exactly how you like it including Inventory Insight. Saved variables are not updated unless you reload the UI or log out so do the following.

Enable all the mods exactly how you want it and don't leave anything out that you want to use.

The original authors intended for the toggle to save the state at all times. So at some point you toggled that to be open when in the housing editor. Has anything changed with how the data is stored? No, the incremental patch will be to fix issues and nothing will change how data is saved since it's all controlled by zos now.
Edit: Actually, it seems to look like I need to manually request (I was 2 days in and it was still asking me to 'Show More') but then the bar in LibHistor...

Because the broken categories are not known to the API then it's all human intervention and evaluation. Clearing the cache is the current way to be able to get data because of the ZOS API issues. It's not intended as a long term fix.
