That video is actually what I'm working towards since it looks so nice, pinstripesc suggested it in this forum post... Heh, funny that he saw my video. That all sounds great. Oh, and I had one more idea, couldn't figure this one out, but if you could keep the panel location consistent by character, it might make following easier...

One of my favorite mods. Although I hacked it myself to change the font and panel size and positioning. I use Azurah to clear off the top 4/5's of the screen, so I bumped the panels up to the top. I think this mod is excellent. Seeing the timing of comments is invaluable, and adds immersion, it becomes more of a graphic novel. I hacked it to change the fonts, background and positioning.
