Cannot turn off Automatically Recharge Weapons

Bug Report Hello, I downloaded the Addon to replace the Dressing Room Reborn but I'm having a problem with turning off the Automatically Recharge Weapons option since I already have another Addon for that, turning off the automatically recharge weapons option does nothing, it still keeps recharging my weapons. Thanks!
