You do realize the latest patch moved Rapid Maneuver to require Assault Skill level 5? If I had to take a guess, this could likely be your issue? That is not the issue. My character is Alliance Rank 38 and rapids works just fine; it's the addon that isn't adding it to the skill bar as it does for other characters. Thank you...

Cant get to the cross top right unfortunately. All major scene toggles are off - but this is what happens.... go into a house - press F5 to start editing - II appears full size centre screen. Press the . key to get to cursor mode to close it - II is hidden so it can't be closed, but re-appears centre screen on leaving cursor...
