could be the same game bug as when your data seems to be deleted.
try using "" instead of "@yourAccountName". however the problem could already be solved, if zenimax has finished fixing their servers.
Same problem for me.
I noticed that after the import, the Esohead.lua file changes size but the HarvestMap.lua file...
