 Sets not being recognized as killing blows.

FYI: Maw of the Inferno and Plague Break right now aren't being registered as getting killing blows on Kill Counter while in Cyrodiil.
I have a pet sorc that I often use, and when I have killed people when Maw procs, I do not get the KB. This has happened in 1v1 situations to confirm.
