MiniMap and QuickslotButtons Error

I'm including what i have for addons. Screenshots supplied for all. As for when they pop up, Minimap error pops up when login or reload is finished complete. MiniMap and Quickslots Error

I'm including what i have for addons. Screenshots supplied for all. As for when they pop up, Minimap is always up as soon as reload is complete, QuickslotButtons seems to be a random thing, only when i talk to a vendor or mess around in my bank.
