Sorry, my fault! Will be fixed with next update. Looking forward to it. Is the problem that the data is missing for Southern Elsweyr's skyshards achievement ID? This could be preventing Map Pins (and SkyShards until recently) from detecting the update in the achievement progress and updating the pins accordingly.

When I collect a skyshard, it's doesn't remove the black "not collected" icon from the map unless I use /reloadui every time I collect a skyshard. The similar addon, SkyShards, also has this issue.
