I also observing a weird behavior since the update. The minimap is always on the lowest level when i enter an area, means its showing whole Tamriel, actually i work around by opening the map short and close it again which seems to bring the right map into the minimaps focus, but its odd.

Everything fine with me as long as it not messes up the UI anymore after clicking like i said lemons the tooltip window sticks to the upper monitor border :) and all tooltips are afterwards. Would it be possible to add an option to switch off inggredient tooltips at all, because with those new recipes im ending up with a messed up UI when i click for example on Lemons. The Amount of recipes ais incredible wich will be shown on that and on many others too.
