Are there any features left in this add-on that isn't covered by mine since its latest update? I've added a whole lot. I haven't had time to check, heh. One thing I didn't see in your patch notes is my change to priority, regarding ties at best preference -- I've got a unique color for those now, basically to indicate "don't blin...

@Vincent, I hadn't considered colorblindness. (That's probably why the original has an alternate color mode...) Right now I'm waiting to see the updates ingeniousclown is working on, which might make it unnecessary for me to do anything more. But meanwhile, if you don't mind spending a minute with Notepad, it's very easy to edit the...

@QuadroTony, the answer provided by @elfindreams appears to be correct. Because I renamed the addon, you've basically got two copies trying to run, and they're both registering the same name, which creates the error. (This would also happen if you installed my version an ingeniousclown's original at the same time.) Just delete one an...

@Fargoran, if you'll scroll down in the comments, you'll see I'm doing exactly that. :) ingeniousclown is working on integrating my changes as options in his own mod, and this seems to have inspired him to greatly expand its configurability in general -- he was talking about a drop-down menu for icon selection, for instance. I'm not...

Looks like my research-detection isn't 100% yet. Worked for weapons but seems to be failing for armor. :(

Could help myself... pushed v003 of my fork. Ties for top preference are now distinguishable from the bag-based tiebreaker. This pushed all the other rating values up a digit. Ornate jewelry marker wasn't able to fire due to the order of conditionals, I moved that and it works now but the relevant color-and-texture-setting code...

@DrGerm - I think that's a good feature request for Outfitter itself! Useful even for people who don't craft, to avoid selling the wrong thing. @Kaskas, I hadn't noticed that it doesn't consider things currently being researched as "done." I'll try to verify that. Pretty sure it can be fixed. I know there are addons which show you...

@Kabushiki - sadly, I'm 99% sure that's not possible the way the addon currently works, and I don't know if it can be done at all. The part of the code that handles the actual UI display was written by ingeniousclown, so that's a question best asked here. @Ronin42 - that's definitely possible, though it would take some work. I've...

I just saw this post as I was ready to push what change of yours that I merged (which is most). I kept the yellow in because I feel like it is important to say that "even though this is junkable, you still don't know it." My new version uses green for that, same idea. I think I will leave out the equip scan. I don't see any rea...

My v002 is up. No additional panels supported because the wiki keeps going down, but I'm quite happy with the core behavior and presentation. Your fixes were a snap to merge. I found that the send-mail item list fixes itself when you go to the weapon or armor tab, so I believe the only panel strictly not supported is buyback (not a b...

Version 2 expands the set of indicators to include special tags for intricate and ornate (including ornate jewelry), and items with traits you already know. Known traits are now marked gray, "non-preferred" unknown traits have been changed to dark green. I've also merged in ingeniousclown's 0.4.5 patches to bank and store function...

Alright, so I've pushed some fixes to the store and bank and now they should be much more reliable (re: actually WORK). I haven't been able to find what would cause it to break on log-in, and even after I have logged in and out a few times I haven't been able to see the issue. I'm working on my version 2, adding the extra behavior...

I 100% support the idea of merging his fork with the main mod. Thanks! Of course after a few hours using it, I want to fiddle with a couple more things. Leaving a marker on stuff you've already researched is more desirable than I had thought, so I'll probably switch to gray for researched, dark green for non-preferred, and...

I finally got fed up with manually figuring out what's safe to deconstruct, and caved into pressure from a couple of friends to suspend my insistence on playing the game instead of modding it. I outlined the behavior I wanted, and started work on a mod I intended to call "Research Assistant." Then I hit the docs. Well crap, those are...
