It would only interfere if you are using automatic markings in FCO.
It is possible. All I said is that FCOIS provides set and other automatic markings as well which should not be repeater in this addon.
Base marking of items on any criteria is always possible, but one should keep in mind that some are already given and would in...

I'm looking for the FCO functionality similar to how Itemtrig does it, with the hope of using this addon as a replacement for that due to it being fairly out of date and no longer receives maintenance.

With "Use Champion Point Slots" enabled, I am trying to access cp profiles in the Advanced build options of alphagear.
I can select presets from Trials, Trials by Alcast, Trials by Nefas, and Users.
I cannot select presets from Users Account Wide, and this is where the majority (for now) of where my CP presets are stored...
