 Missing dependencies

Greetings!
I returned to TESO after a long hiatus, and one of the first things to do is of course install a Sky Shard mod :)
However, despite following the guidelines carefully and installing all the listed five required libraries the mod does not work, listing "Missing dependencies" as the reason.
Would it be possible there...
